We are currently offering four different services, one of which is only available to registered clients. These are all set out below with a brief description. The Local Same Day service (08:00 – 18:00 Monday - Sunday)
The local same day service is available at a fixed price for delivery’s under 25 miles from pickup.
The National Same Day service (08:00 – 18:00 Monday - Sunday)
The national same day service is available nationwide, both pickup and delivery. The costs are worked out using the pence per mile basis and is calculated using the latest route finding technology. This enables us to give you exact costings before the job is carried out.
The Emergency service (18:00 – 18:00 Monday - Sunday)
The emergency service is available between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 7 days a week. There is a call out charge associated with this service and does come at a slightly higher pence per mile.
The Dedicated Courier service
(Registered clients only)
This service is exclusive to registered and eligible clients only. Eligible will receive a dedicated vehicle with driver between normal working hours Monday to Sunday. Both vehicle and driver can be personalised to suit your company requirements.
Other Information
Collection Times
All collections take place Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
between 08:00 - 18:00. We do collect outside these times however we ask
you to discuss this further on 0121 684 0107.
Insurance
Your consignment is fully covered up to the value of £15,000.00 by our
free of charge goods in transit insurance.
Waiting/Loading Time
We automatically include the first 15 minutes free of charge. Thereafter
if there is a problem we will contact you and if we are held up we reserve
the right to make a charge of £30.00 per hour.
Drive2arrive comply with strict transport regulations. We will not carry certain goods and substances. Please ask for details
